Crystal City large 2 bdrm to share w/ CF for summer sublet

My roommate will be out of the country between June 1 and August 14. I am seeking a Christian female for a summer roommate in Crystal City/Pentagon City. Rent is $1,126/month plus utilities and any parking you may need. I can pro-rate the rent depending on the dates you plan to be in DC.

The apartment is large and renovated and provides a lot of light. It has 1.5 bathrooms, w/d in the unit, d/w, large balcony, and a lounge, gym, and rooftop upstairs. The building management is extremely responsive and professional.

I am young professional who stays fairly busy with friends and activities outside of work. I am looking for someone who is relatively clean, responsible, and communicative.
