Unfurnished room in three story townhouse including a first level common area (kitchen, half bathroom, living room, dining room), a second level with three bedrooms (one master with its own bathroom and two smaller bedrooms that share a bathroom), and a basement with its own washer and dryer unit and added storage space.
*The bedroom available would share the bathroom. You would have two female roommates!
Rent is $825 + about $30 -$40 for utilities. You would also have to pay an application fee of $75 and a one-time lease name-change fee of $250, but THERE IS NO SECURITY DEPOSIT. Available NOW and the lease is up in May.

Located five minutes from the King St. exit on 395, and there's a bus stop right outside the townhouse that takes you to the Pentagon metro. Also close to the King Street Safeway and Bailey's Crossroads shopping center.
