Ideal for young professionals, male or female (no couples), who are responsible, stable, considerate and willing to commit to a 1-year lease in a community living environment. There are two spacious bedrooms currently available in a newly purchased 3 bedroom/ 1 bathroom unit in Capitol Hill/H St-Atlas corridor. The unit is the complete second floor of a row house, and has separate front and back entrances from the lower level unit, to include secure gated entry through the ally-way.
You would be a 3-block walk to H St and 14th St NE, which is literally steps from bus lines (D8, X1, X8 to Union Station/Capitol Hill), (X2, X9 to Metro Center), and the street car (which is free) running straight to the Union Station-Redline Metro, near tons of fabulous retail and nightlife, a Giant grocery store, the Fresh Farm Farmer's Market, Atlas Theater, Rock and Roll Hotel DC, H St Country Club, Red Rocks, Smith Commons, Little Miss Whiskey, the upcoming Chick-Fil-A (at the site of the old Checkers) and conveniently near two bike shares (H and 13th/H and 11th). It's a truly an amazing location. Aside from that, there is plenty of street parking.
Apartment has central A/C, updated bathroom, recently remodeled galley kitchen with lots of storage space (gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher), new washer/dryer in unit and plenty of street parking. Each room has restored original hardwood floors, a closet and ceiling fan. Rent does not include electricity, gas, cable/internet and water. All utilities will be split between roommates. No smoking and no pets.

Your Roommate would be a 30 year old guy that works 9-5 for DC United (DC Professional soccer team)

• Bedroom #2 - $950/mo (This room has a private rear entrance/exit, extra large closet and tons of natural light)
