Looking for CM roommate to rent a master bedroom in a 2BR / 1 Bath luxury apartment complex in Courthouse, Arlington, VA. Amazing location! Only two block walk to the Courthouse Metro, restaurants, shops, movie theater, multiple gyms, farmer's market and more. Room is available for rent immediately. Other roommate is a 20-something Christian conservative professional. He's super laidback and a great guy!

Located at 1401 North Taft Street, Arlington, VA, 22201 in the Meridian Courthouse Apartment building.

Only $1160 per month. Utilities run about $50 - $100 a month. Lease runs through August and is available for renewal.

Washer, dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen, and massive shared walk-in closet included in apartment. Cable and high speed wi-fi included with utilities. Apartment building includes full-size outdoor pool, indoor workout room, and gaming / social rooftop room. Monthly parking is available for purchase in the building but street parking is also plentiful.
