CF looking for a roommate to share my house!

Hi! I have a townhouse in dumfries that I am moving into June 1st and I need a roommate! It's a 3 story house with a private area in the basement as well. 3bd 3 1/2 bath. You would share the house with me and my 5 year old son who are barely home :). 

The renter would have the basement and a full bathroom and would share the kitchen, living room and washer and dryer. 

The rent would be $750 +1/2 utilities. If you are serious, please let me know!! :)
