Our place is a three-story townhouse at intersection of Route 50 and Nutley Street, near Vienna Metro. 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs, one in basement), 3.5 Bath. Spacious living room, dining room, kitchen. Basement rec room, ample storage, back deck, small courtyard with fire pit/grill. Easy access to 66 and 495. Free parking: 2 front spaces and nearby street parking. Local running/biking trail system access down the street. 24-hour Safeway nearby and local Starbucks and Chic-fil-a. This house has been rotating Christian young men for over 5 years now. The landlord loves it and wants to keep it going! We are all laid back, professional guys in our late 20's/early 30’s.
