CM Seeking Prospective Roommates (Capitol Hill)

My name is Graham and I'm a mid-20's CM from the Midwest moving to D.C. seeking one or two like-minded roommates/housemates to occupy a 3 bedroom or 2 bedroom townhouse on the Capitol Hill beginning in April (open to earlier). Rent would be about $1000/mo + utilities per person. Rates negotiable depending on variations in bedroom size and amenities.
