One bedroom available for a female in 2 BR/ 1 BA townhouse in Arlington, VA.
The residence is a townhouse located in
Arlington, VA. We are just around the corner from Shirlington; a really nice
area with restaurants, shops, a movie theater, and a library.
Walking distance from Shirlington Station; there is also a bus stop for Metro Bus (to Pentagon Station; 7 min ride)/Arlington Transit right outside the development; there is a second Metro Bus stop up the block to Court House Station.
Rent for the room available is $775 per month plus internet and electric (no more than around $100 a month).
The room is a nice size, fitting a full size bed, a dresser and a couple other pieces of furniture. The closet is also a nice size and there is additional storage space in a hall closet and the coat closet.
The unit itself is mostly unfurnished (there are 2 futons).
There is a washer/dryer in the unit, as well as a
dishwasher 
There are also two pools on the grounds.
Available for end of March/April 1 move in date.
