Female Roommate Needed for 2 Bedroom Apartment in Foggy Bottom

I live in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Foggy Bottom, just 2 blocks away from the metro and GWU Hospital. My roommate is moving out this month, and I am looking for someone to occupy the second bedroom ASAP. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the living room and kitchen are furnished.

Rent would be $1200, which includes all utilities except internet and cable. There is access to laundry on the floor. There is no parking available. 

 I'm a full time graduate student at George Washington, so I'm usually gone or studying quietly in my room.
