1 Bedroom apartment in NOMA available Sept 1

1 bedroom apartment available in NOMA. Ready to move in September 1, but I will prorate the price if you want to move in later. 

The living room is large and opens to the kitchen. There is a large bathroom and bedroom with lots of closet space. The apartment is 2 blocks from the NOMA metro on the red line. Pets are okay. There are 2 grocery stores within walking distance as well. The area is very fun with things going on every weekend. Short walk to Union Market and Union station as well. 

I can send pictures if necessary. The rent is $1730 which is cheaper than normal since I signed during a promotional period. Please feel free to text me. 817-692-6762.
