Who: The housemates love hanging out, cooking, gardening in the backyard, hiking, and building community. We are four ladies in our 20s looking to fill a 5th spot in our home. 

What: The room available is a lovely room on the 2nd floor for $965 per/month + utilities. There's a shared bathroom (with a skylight) with one girl. The house itself has beautiful hardwood floors and a cozy antique vibe with a back yard. The main floor has a living room, dining room, and large kitchen. Laundry facilities and some extra storage space are in the basement. There is a security deposit of $885.  

When: Ideal lease start date would be anytime between now and March 4, 2017.  

Where: The house is on 9th & H Street NE in the hip H Street Corridor neighborhood just doors down from Chupacabra (best tacos!) and tons of other fabulous H street restaurants, a 15-20 minute walk to Union Station or NoMa metro stops, a brand new Whole Foods opening up just 3 blocks away, and the DC Streetcar and multiple bus lines have stops very close by. 

Extras: Two of us attend National Community Church. Internet and cable are hooked up and running. We have double ovens in the kitchen and also like to grill out on our back deck.
