CM Wanted For Columbia Heights Group House
Hey there! So we are looking for a new roommate to join our crew in our beautiful 3,500 sq. ft
house in Columbia Heights at the corner of 13th and Fairmont St. NW
starting as soon as February 12th (ideal time March 1st). The room is a
very large, shared room, with 4 south facing windows and a fireplace.
The massive three story house (5 BR, 2.5 bath) has an abundance of
common space including the entire first floor (large living room w/tv (hulu+netflix+hbo included),
den, large dining room, and full kitchen), a back patio deck, and beautiful
third floor library with exposed brick, built in book shelves,
wood burning fireplace, and loft area for extra guests. All bathrooms and the
downstairs have recently been remodeled (cork floors, new appliances in
the kitchen).
The house is shared with 5 other Christian guys committed to intentional living with hangouts every week. We've had 7 years of wonderful community with guys in and out. We all go to different churches around the city. The current vibe of the house is great – really laid back but fun, going out for frisbee or drinks or a board game night. We are looking for a friendly, responsible roommate that is interested in being a part of the life of the house and community it is in. The location an easy walk to Columbia Heights metro (6 mins), U Street, Adams Morgan, grocery shopping, Target, and a lot more. The room is $875 per month and that includes all utilities + internet.
