CF looking for house in DC
Hi All! I'm looking for a place to live in DC & to move in around the end of January/early February and coming for a program and will be planning on looking for a job in the DC area afterwards. I'm clean, social, and easy-going.
A little blurb about myself: I am 24 years old. NC born and bred. I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill and am a social, clean, respectful roommate. I don't do any drugs or smoke. I enjoy running, biking, and pretty much almost any other sport, but also in my free time playing the acoustic guitar, hanging out with friends, occasionally binging on Netflix, and trying out food spots and exploring. If you have any specific questions let me know.
Ideally: Somewhere close to dupont/logan circle/georgetown/ columbia heights/ mt pleasant/ rosslyn/arlington.
Max budget: $900-1000.
I am also okay with sharing a room to make it cheaper.
I am also willing to join a group looking for a house if the price is right.
