1BR available in 4BR house - CM - East Falls Church/Arlington $850 + utilities

Great moments are born from great opportunities. That’s what you have here, tonight, boys. That’s what you’ve earned here, tonight.
We have a room opening up in our 4 bed/2.5 bath house near the East Falls Church Metro stop. The rent will be $850 plus approximately $100 a month in utilities. You would be signing an 11 month lease (ending Sept 1, 2017) which starts on October 1, with a little flexibility for an early move in.
What you can expect from the house:
-Relatively spacious (including two living rooms)
-Spacious backyard—perfect for fires, lawn games, and outdoor movie nights
-Basement projector/theater setup
-off street parking
-6 minute walk to the metro
What you can expect from us:
-3 guys in mid 20s who attend and serve regularly at NCC
-weekly small group which meets at the house
-watching sports of any kind (College Football and MLB are probably the favorites)
-being active – soccer, ultimate frisbee, basketball, golf, running, biking, etc.
-playing board games
