Corner bedroom available in 4 bedroom 2 bath house. Located about a 10 min walk from Ballston metro. Big house with driveway and huge backyard. Available March 1, 2017. I’m getting married in March. Looking for a Christian male to take over remainder of lease through the end of May. You would have three other awesome Christian guys in their 20’s- two are in politics, one is in law, and each love Jesus. You’ll have to do a credit check and sign lease for March 1 through end of May (landlord’s requirements). I’ve been able to save a ton of money at this place.

Also, if renter is interested, bedroom has some furniture I’m selling (memory foam bed and frame, desk, and small dresser). You wouldn’t have to move anything and just show up if you wanted to. Please email me for more info or any questions.
