Looking for a room from march to april 2017 (Capitol Hill)

I am a French senior librarian doing some research at the Library of Congress and looking for a room : beginning march 1st to April 29th. In march I stay in a house close to Gallaudet University.

I'd like to stay in the Capitol Hill, SW, neighborhoods but I could think about something outside of that area. I'm clean, respectful and I don't smoke...

My budget is flexible but something under $700 with Internet would be great.
