CM: Capitol Hill/Lincoln Park Roommate May 1
I'm searching for a new CM roommate to move in on May 1. The room is in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment right on Lincoln Park on Capitol Hill (11th and East Capitol). Total rent is $1,050, which includes all utilities/internet.
I'm in my mid-twenties, work for a consulting firm (big shock), and am a member of Redemption Hill Church. I am looking for someone to take over the lease starting at the beginning of May, but am flexible and can work around your schedule.
Apartment features include:
- on-street parking
- functioning fireplace
- hardwood floors
- bay windows
- full washer/dryer unit in basement
- 5 blocks to Eastern Market Metro and Trader Joes
