Searching for a place to live in NE or NW DC | Male

I am currently looking for a place to live in northeast or northwest DC in the price range of 1200/month or less. 

I live in Petworth right now by myself, but I am searching for something a bit more affordable with a few roomates. I am comfortable living with persons of any gender.
