$650 ROOM AVAILABLE FOR CF IN A CAPITOL HILL ROW HOUSE

edited March 2019 in Housing

We have a room available in our Capitol Hill rowhouse starting June. The room is a spacious finished basement. The room is not shared, but has an open layout. A second girl has a private room in the basement but because she is able to enter her room from the bathroom, you can easily put up a divider or large curtain for complete privacy. The washer/dryer is at the edge of your room but your housemates will be completely respectful of your schedule and doing laundry during the day. Bathroom is shared with one other roommate. The rent is $650 a month + 1/4 of the utilities (electric, gas, water/sewer, internet). A $650 security deposit will be due at lease signing. The lease is good for one year, but the property manager allows roommate changes so it's possible to move before the lease is over.

The house is amazing! It's located equal distance from the Potomac Ave and Stadium Armory metro stations (orange/silver/blue).

The roommates are in their mid to late 20's. Stephanie works in finance, Aleesa is a social worker and Jillian works for NCC. We are very active in our respective churches (The Table & NCC) and friend groups but enjoy catching up at the end of the day or while watching This is Us. We love to host (think dinner parties, small groups, bonfires) so it is very important to us to create a clean and hospitable environment for others.

Email jillian.wilzbacher@gmail.com if you're interested. Please tell us a bit about yourself (who you are, what you like to do, what you do for work, where you went to school, your current living situation, etc.) and any questions you have. We want to find someone who fits well with the rest of the people in the house.
