$1100 Georgetown house seeking a CM for April 1
We’re seeking a 4th CM roommate for a large 4-bedroom house in the middle of Georgetown. At $1100 (+$120 or so for utilities), this is great deal . The room is 12×14 with built-in bookshelves, desk, and two closets. The bathroom is shared with one other guy. Full kitchen/washer etc and easy parking with a zone permit, but also 3 blocks north of M street and 10-15 minute walk to Foggy bottom metro if you don't drive.
About the three of us – we’re CMs in our 30’s, professionals in public relations, private sector, and government, respectively. We're outgoing and keep a clean house. We go to Grace DC, NCC, and National Cathedral. The house has great chemistry and community but we also have independent lives. We would prefer longer term roommates but we're open to considering shorter term.
