We are looking for a reliable and kind roommate to take over the largest single room in our spacious apartment! Only $800 per month (utilities and carport spot included). Only 15 minutes from Vienna metro and downtown Fairfax- perfect location. Room is 12 by 12 plus a walk-in closet (furniture not included)! Shared bathroom with one other roommate. We are looking for a fourth roommate who can take over the lease starting as soon as possible until July 2019 (with possibility of continuing to live together after July!)
