Hi all!

I am renting out my bedroom in a beautiful 3 bedroom condo in Fairfax close to Interstate 66, Fairfax Corner & Fair Oaks Mall. Rent is $640/month plus utilities which average $50-60/month. Lease is from March 1 to October 31, 2019 (Lease is also flexible). My roommates are in their mid-20s, teachers, easy-going and clean! Parking is convenient and free.
