Seeking a CF for master bedroom $1065/month

We're two gals looking for a third Christian woman to join us in our spacious 3 bed, 3.5 bath rowhouse in Rosedale/Kingman Park, with a move-in date between March 1 and April 1.
We're two gals looking for a third Christian woman to join us in our spacious 3 bed, 3.5 bath rowhouse in Rosedale/Kingman Park, with a move-in date between March 1 and April 1.
The Room: the master bedroom of the house, with high ceilings, a full bathroom with whirlpool tub, and a huge double closet! It's on the second floor of the house, and has great natural light. $1065/month plus 1/3 utilities.
The House Vibe: We are committed to a local church and would hope you are too/are planning to be! Welove that we each have some quiet space of our own at home and to keep things tidy, but we equally love to host overnight guests, small groups, coffee dates, game nights, etc, planned or impromptu! We have a front porch and a landscaped backyard with herb garden, patio, and fire pit, and open living room/common space indoors with an updated kitchen.
