We are two professional women looking for a third female roommate to take an open room in our Falls Church town home next to Jefferson District Park. We are a 10-minute walk to the Mosaic Center and about a 20-minute walk to the Dunn Loring metro (Orange Line). Close to 29, 66 and 495. The available bedroom has a closet and a private bath with shower. 

Rent is $768 a month plus utilities (approx $75-$100/mo includes electric, gas, internet and cable.) Laundry and storage in basement. No smoking. Please email cortneyobrien10@gmail.com if interested!
