· Condo Summary: 1,200 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom that is entirely updated except for the bathroom. The kitchen is also fitted out with new stainless-steel appliances, granite counters, and slate floors.

· Monthly Cost Details: $1k for the master bedroom (with 2 closets, including a walk-in closet) 

· Utilities are ALL included, including WIFI, water, heat, electricity, garbage and recyclables pick-up, landscaping, snow removal, designated parking (with a parking tag), tennis courts, and 2 nice pools in the summer.

· Across the hall from the condo are the washers and dryers that cost $1.10 for each use of the washer and $1.15 for each use of the dryer; you cannot hear the washers and dryers from the condo.

· Who: One low-key mid-20s Christian gal looking for a housemate to share the large condo. INDIVIDUAL leases for at least 1 year, but longer is preferred. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.

· Where: Bethesda, a 12-minute walk from the RED LINE, Grosvenor-Strathmore metro station. You can also park at the end of the condo community and cut the walk to 5 minutes.

· When: 1-year or more lease

· Extra Details: The landlords are friends and are easily reached if we need any help with the house. They also have a contract with the condo community for repairs for day-of repairs, if needed. No repairs have been needed in my first 6 months at the condo.

· The room can be furnished, as well.
