The house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood near, 1 mile/about 25-minute walk, the Ballston metro. There are 4A and 4B bus stops that are both under a 5-minute walk away. There is ample free parking if you have a car. The roommates are men in their mid to late 20s. There's a ton of storage space on the lower floor and is one of the best finds in Arlington.
