$1100 Georgetown Rowhouse - Mar. 1 or Apr. 1 for 2 CMs or 2 CFs in group house!
Here's a pretty rare opportunity!
We’re seeking 3rd and 4th roommates for a large 4BR rowhouse in the middle of Georgetown. At $1100 (+$120 or so for utilities), this is far below market rate for a gorgeous place. The rooms are each 12×14 with high ceilings and built-in bookshelves. Bathroom is shared with one other for each room. Full kitchen/washer etc, remarkably easy parking with a zone permit, but also 3 blocks north of M street. 10-15 minute walk to Foggy bottom metro.
The house has great chemistry and community but we also have independent (and vibrant) lives. We'd prefer guys for the house, but we’re open to girls. We never have a problem finding replacement roommates given how awesome the place is, but we’re not looking for people with only a short term in mind.
About the two of us – we’re two CMs in our 30’s, professionals in public relations and government, outgoing, clean, and with a sense of humor. We go to Grace DC and NCC, respectively.
