Available - Christmas Rental on Capitol Hill

Hello!

I am traveling over Christmas and am opening up my room for a short-term rental over the Holiday for anyone with a friend or family member in town. I live in a lovely, renovated row house less than 10 minutes walk from Union Station on D St. NE. The bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and shares the full bathroom with one housemate.

The room is available December 19-28, or a part of that time if needed for fewer nights. I'm looking for someone who needs housing for a week over Christmas. I haven't set a price yet, but definitely will be cheaper than a hotel or area Air B&B rates. Fully furnished of course and kitchen would be yours to use.
