Housing for CF in McLean, $540 + utilities
A group of Christian ladies is looking for an additional roommate to complete our home in McLean, VA. We are laid back, easy going women with varying degrees of busyness. We are working professionals and belong to different church communities. We have all lived in the house for different amounts of time from 1 year to 10+ years. We have a void due to a roommate moving to Texas. We are looking for a lady who wants a relaxed community environment. Our down-time is spent doing our own thing or hanging out with each other while watching tv or movies.
The house has a fully furnished living room and kitchen on main floor and a second kitchen/living area in the basement. The second kitchen/refrigerator makes it easier for us all to store and prepare food. The house sits on a nice sized lot with a private driveway for parking. The room shares a bathroom with one roommate.
Rent is $540 + utilities (range $75-$175 depending on how the bills fall that month with the average per month being $90). First month’s rent and $480 security deposit needed upon moving in. Lease is for 1 year and then goes month to month.
The room is available immediately.
