- Townhouse is an easy five-minute walk from downtown Fairfax City: good coffee, restaurants, shops, library, and grocery store

- Ten-minute drive from Vienna metro, close to 66

- Patio with outdoor seating

- Plenty of parking

- Utilities average $100/month

 

The Housemates:

- 3 excellent females in their 20s/30s, easy going, love Jesus, busy coming and going, prone to evenings of watching movies and drinking Trader Joe’s wine

- Not a noisy house, but we like to host occasional parties and we have a guest bed

- Common areas are kept tidy

- Looking for someone laid back, who likes the sound of all of the above!

 

The Limits:

- Ladies only

- No pets

- No smoking

- 1 year lease
