Available immediately - Private bedroom and shared bath in home in Arlington with great roommates
1 bedroom in a spacious house (available now)! The room has just been
painted and new carpet has been installed. The room is located on the second floor. Laundry is on the same floor
as your bedroom. You would share a bathroom with one other person.
The other roommates are in their 30s (one male and one female), low key, keep to themselves but are still social. Both have professional jobs in government related work. Looking for a tenant in a similar situation. Government employee, contractor or professional preferred. Single tenant only.
The house is spacious with hardwood floors downstairs, upstairs is carpeted, a gas stove, gas fireplace, front patio, back porch, and a nice backyard (good for summer bbqs). There is room if you want to bring additional furniture for downstairs.
The Bluemont neighborhood is mostly families. The house is located near US50, GW Parkway, I-66, and US-29 making it is easy to drive anywhere. There are two bus stops with a 5-10 min walk that will take you to Ballston metro. We are right next to the Bluemont trail which is great for walking, running and biking.
Parking: Driveway (tenants alternate) and plenty of street parking, no stickers required.
Utilities: Not included. You would share the bills with other tenants (gas, electric and water). Typically average about $100 a month.
Bathroom: Shared with one other person.
Pets: There is a senior Jack Russel lives upstairs. No other pets at this time.
