1 BR in a 3BR Capital Hill Apt Available Jan 5 for CF, $825/month
LOCATION: Located on Capital Hill, our apt is a 7-minute walk to Capital South metro (blue/orange/silver line) and a 20-minute walk to Union Station (red line). A bus stop, Capital Bikeshare, Starbucks, and plenty of restaurants are all located within one block of our apt.
ROOM/TIMING: One room is available in our 3BR, 1 bath apt. The room is very spacious, with 3 large bay windows, and is available beginning January 5th, but an earlier move-in date can be negotiated if needed.
ROOMMATES: I share the apt with two awesome Christian girls in their mid-20s & am so sad to be leaving them! One of them works for a religious liberty organization and the other is a sweet Cali girl and grad student at Georgetown. Can’t say enough wonderful things about both of them!
FURNITURE: Ideally, the person who would move into this apartment would need bedroom furniture (e.g., bed, mattress, vanity) and would want to buy it.
FINANCIALS: (1) security deposit = $765, (2) lease application fee = $35, (3) lease transfer fee = $225, (4) January rent = ~$825, and (5) room furniture is $650; in total, the up front cost including January rent is $2,500.
