Semi Furnished Condo will be coming available at the beginning of February, for a short term (3-4 month) lease.  Garden Style unit is located just inside the beltway, for easy access to Alexandria, Arlington, DC, McLean/Tysons via 50, 495, & 66.  Minutes to Mosaic District shopping and entertainment.   Community offers pool, pier, club house, walking trails.  Condo boasts cozy fireplace, secluded balcony, as well as Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite Countertops, Stackable Laundry Unit, Recently Renovated Bathroom, Couch, Chair with Ottoman, Dining room set, and Entertainment Center with LED TV.  Bedroom furniture not provided, but arrangements may be made if needed.  No pets allowed.
