LOOKING FOR ROOMMATE FOR CAPITOL 3B TOWNHOUSE
I'm moving away from DC and need someone to sublet my room! I live in a 
newly renovated townhouse two blocks from Union station—easy walk to the mall, Eastern market, H St. 5 minute walk from a Giant and a Whole Foods. Offstreet parking included at no extra cost. Lovely outdoor seating area as well though I don't have a photo of it! Price somewhat negotiable. Move in around January 15th. The house is a three bedroom—mine fits a queen, and my two roommates are women in their early twenties, both travel a fair amount for work. Also if you want/need furniture it would be included at no extra cost.
