I'm looking for a male roommate to fill my room in a 3 bedroom house on Seward Square in Capitol Hill. It's a private room with a shared bathroom.

Location: 

Seward Square

<10 min walk to Capitol

5 min walk to Cap South or Eastern Market metros

5 min walk to Trader Joe's

Roommates: 

The roommates are incredible, and living in Christian community with them the past few years has been great. One works for a think tank and the other consults and runs his own business. Clean and easygoing.

Rent: 

$1200/month plus utilities, which probably end up around $75-$90 per month. The rent is less than before because I'm really trying to find someone to take over my portion of the lease. Security Deposit is one month's rent. We have WiFi but not cable. Lease until July 31.
