Room available for a CF in 2 bed/2 bath home in Clarendon starting mid February - $1170

Looking for a CF to room with three other Christian women (mid-20s to early-30s) who go to McLean Bible Church Arlington.

The room is available in this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house starting February 11th. Rent is $1170/month + utilities. Street parking in front of the house is free and not zoned (easy for guests to park), and we also have a parking area in the back.

I'm relocating out of state which is the only reason I'm leaving this wonderful house. It's a great location (about 12 minute walk to Clarendon metro) with great roommates and the house feels super home-y. We have two living rooms and a dining room, so there's plenty of room to spread out.
