CF in Cap Hill/Stadium Armory rowhome, large room for $730/month! January - June 2019

We are looking for one CF to join our house from January 1st through the end of June 2019.

We live a 1-minute walk away from the Stadium Armory metro stop (literally! you can see the metro stop from our front porch), with access to the blue, orange, and silver lines; we're about a 20-minute walk from Eastern Market and Trader Joe's.  In-house washer and dryer, dishwasher, as well a large backyard and parking.  You'll be living with other Christian ladies in a house of 4, all in our twenties and who enjoy keeping the house tidy, friendly, and hospitable. Our landlord is great and responsive. Utilities are not included in rent and average about $60-80/mo. 

The room is the largest of the bedrooms upstairs (technically the master bedroom) and shares a bathroom with two other gals. Three large windows front-house facing for lots of natural light. Rent is incredible at $730/month.
