CM Medical Student looking for place to live starting Jan 1st/Feb 1st!

Hi everyone! I'm currently a third year medical student looking for a place to live starting January 1st at the earliest. I'm very clean, enjoy pets (but don't have one), and frankly I won't be there 99% of the day (I'll be at the hospital!). 

If anyone has anything please let me know! My price range is anything below $1350.
