Master Bedroom available in a 3 bedroom/ 1.5 bath Capitol Hill row house. GREAT LOCATION: one block from Giant, less than 10 minute walk to Union Station. First floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and 0.5 bath. Second floor: 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.  We also have one parking spot that can be shared between you and one other housemate. It is a safe neighborhood, with great neighbors and well-lit streets. 

We are two professionals looking to share our lives and living spaces with another Christian female. Unfortunately, our other roommate is going to Australia and will escape the winter (we are both jealous). We are both mid- twenties and are low-key. One housemate is a teacher and loves coffee more than life itself.  The other housemate is a nurse and loves her morning Today show with a cup of joe. We like to keep a tidy living space and share household chores. We both love trying out new places, exploring the city, but also love a night on the couch with some good-ole Netflix. We both are involved in local churches and enjoy being involved in each others lives. 

The available room to rent is $1121/mo + approx $80-100 utilities/mo (average). The bedroom is 211 square feet. The rent is paid per square footage of individual versus shared living spaces.
