We are looking for two CFs to join our house from January 1st through the end of June 2019. This is a great situation for interns looking to find in a furnished, cheerful home while in the District.

We live a 1-minute walk away from the Stadium Armory metro stop, with access to the blue, orange, and silver lines; we're about a 20-minute walk from Eastern Market and Trader Joe's.  In-house washer and dryer, dishwasher, as well a large backyard and parking.  You'll be living with other Christian ladies in a house of 4, all in our twenties and who enjoy keeping the house tidy, friendly, and hospitable. Our landlord is great and responsive. Utilities are not included in rent and average about $60-80/mo. 

Room 1: The room is $682.50/mo, of a medium size, with natural light and a window A/C unit, and shared bathroom. Ask about furniture if required.

Room 2: The room is $582.50/mo. It is fun-sized and fits a twin bed and a bookcase, comes with closet, also shared bathroom. Great for a gal on a budget. Ask about furniture if required.
