Looking for CF for a 3 bedroom home on Capitol Hill right next to Lincoln Park. This house is centrally located to all things on the Hill. Only a 15 minute walk to NCC Barracks Row, Eastern Market with lots of great shops and restaurants, and the Eastern Market metro (blue, orange, & silver). Also, only 20 minute walk to the Capitol.
The room is the master suite with a very large walk in closet and private bathroom. The room is upstairs at the front of the house facing the street. There is lots of natural light with 3 bay windows. Rent is $1,300/month.
On the main floor, the house has 2 living rooms with fireplaces, a dining room, lots of closet storage, kitchen, and a built-in bookcase. Outside, the tenants have access to a garage and patio with all-weather flooring on top of the garage for outdoor gatherings.
About us: We are both 24 and attend NCC Barracks Row. One is a press secretary on the Hill and the other is a communications manager for a non-profit. We love to have friends over and host small groups throughout the week. We are looking to create a welcoming environment and would love to find another woman who shares this passion.
