Looking for an affordable and fun place to live in downtown D.C.? This is the perfect house to live at to find community with fantastic Christian female roommates in their mid to late twenties who respect each other's space and enjoy spending time together. Living at this house will likely include movie nights over wine and cheese boards, holiday festivities (such as carving pumpkins), baking together, and yelling at the TV while watching the bachelorette.

The row house is shared among 4 roommates total and is completely furnished (but you're more than welcome to bring your furniture in lieu of what is provided in the room). The room is available 12/13 with the lease ending 5/31. Rent is $840/month with utilities at approximately $100/month. The room is shared with another Christian working professional.

The nearest metro stations are Union Station and Eastern Market (both about a 15 minute walk). There are also several bus routes nearby, especially off H Street. The area is residential and very quaint with several families and schools nearby. It's the ideal place if you're looking to live near the city without feeling like you're living in the city!
