I am moving out of my apartment because of a job transfer! My roommate is the sweetest and goes to McLean Bible Church.

Its a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. It's a beautiful space, with a large living room and dining room. The kitchen is beautiful with granite and stainless steal appliances! 

It is available for move-in November 15th & I can send you pictures if you want! 

Features:

In unit washer and dryer

Multiple closets

Balcony with lots of sunlight

Remodeled kitchen with brand new appliances 

Separate dining area

Safe neighborhood

Large outdoor pool

Near lots of shopping and restaurants

Near bus stops

**No Pets**

 It is roughly $1100/month per person. That varies based on electricity used, water used, etc., but I've never paid more than that for everything.  Rent, utilities, and WiFi is split down the middle between the two roommates.
