Airbnb Co-Host
My husband and I will be out of town for the months of November and December and have put our apartment up on Airbnb. I'm looking for somebody to turn it over in between guests (laundry, clean kitchen and bathroom, make beds, etc.).
We have approximately 10 bookings so far, and pay $50/turnover. It's pretty easy and straightforward, although I am looking for somebody who is detail oriented enough to ensure a clean space. It takes about 2 hours, and most bookings have a day or so in between each other to give some flexibility in the schedule. There are 3 days that are booked back to back, so it must happen between 11-3 on those days (one happens to be Thanksgiving day).
