One bedroom in a 2br unit on 15 and E NE is available on October 14, 2018. This room has housed Hill interns, medical rotations, etc for over 3 years and is perfect for someone needing a flexible month to month situation. Internet, water, gas is all included. Electricity is split 50/50 between bedrooms. 1 free parking pass available.
Bedroom: $950, newly renovated, well lit space with full sized bed, dresser, book shelf, heat/ac, closet.
Common area: has a newly renovated kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, 50in 4k smart tv, couch, dining table, utensils, cookware, etc.
The unit is super close to H street (Maketto, Bullfrog Bagels, Chick fil a, etc) and 13 minutes from Blue/Orange/Silver Metro lines (Stadium Armory).
