Looking for Christian female in late twenties or thirties to share townhouse with 2 other CF roommates.
Townhome amenities include hardwood kitchen floors, granite countertops, fireplace, guest room, spacious deck with grill, and washer/dryer. One reserved parking space and plenty of on-street parking (no permit required.) Walking distance to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Starbucks.
Current lease runs through May 31, 2017. Rent is $767 plus 1/3 utilities. Also, one month $500 refundable security deposit required. No pets and no smokers please. Room available in January with flexible move-in date.
