Short-Term Housing Available for CF in Stadium Armory, Oct 1-Nov 30, $200/week
Are you new to DC or in between housing situations and need a place to stay for a short time? We’re two Christian women in our early thirties looking for female short-term applicants to fill a single bedroom in our Stadium Armory row house between October 1 and November 30. The room is available for minimum 2-week and maximum 8-week stays within this time period. Rent is $800/month or $200/week, including all utilities.
The house is just one block from the Stadium Armory metro, which accesses the orange/blue lines. Major bus lines stop nearby and there is plenty of street parking. Shared living spaces include a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and a basement with a washer and dryer. No pets or smoking allowed. The room is one of three on the second floor. It has radiator heat and a window AC. It will be unfurnished, but if needed for shorter stays, we may be able to provide an air mattress if you don’t have a bed.
