Room for CF on Capitol Hill East- $1000
Three CF’s looking for a fourth replacement for townhouse in East Capitol Hill. You would be living with 3 great girls (all in mid 20s) who like to stay busy, but hangout occasionally when we're all home. The room has a private bath and living room area and is in the basement. There's a metro 10 minutes away for Orange/ Silver lines as well as plenty of street parking. The house is a 15 minute walk to H street or Eastern Market. Utilities are usually $60-100 a month. The room can come fully furnished as well!
