We are looking for a new roommate to join our gang in our amazing house in Columbia Heights at the corner of 13th and Fairmont starting as soon as January 1st. The room is a very large, shared room, with 4 south facing windows and a fireplace. The massive three story house (5 BR, 2.5 bath) has an abundance of common space including the entire first floor (large living room, den, large dining room, and full kitchen), a back deck, and beautiful third floor library complete with exposed brick, built in book shelves, wood burning stove, and a loft. All bathrooms and the downstairs have recently been remodeled (cork floors, new appliances in the kitchen). The house is shared with 5 other Christian guys committed to intentional living with hangouts every week. We all go to different churches around the city. The current vibe of the house is great – really laid back but fun. We are looking for a friendly, responsible roommate that is interested in being a part of the life of the house and community it is in. The location an easy walk to Columbia Heights metro (6 mins), U Street, Adams Morgan, grocery shopping, Target, and a lot more. The price is approximately $875 per month, including utilities.
