CF looking for housing near metro under $900
Hello! I recently moved to DC this summer and have been subletting. I'm looking for a long term housing arrangement for a late November move in (preferably in DC proper).
My dream place would be a nice studio apartment near a metro station. I'm car less, so it's really important to get around. My inner introvert would love a little slice of privacy after a day in the city.
I'm also open to a CF roommate who may be searching for a place at the end of November as well.
If you have any useful info, it would be greatly appreciated.
